1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and pkrbat ("pkrbat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pkrbat.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the pkrbat platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pkrbat platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Eligibility

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of pkrbat, or an immediate family member of any of the above.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on pkrbat, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one pkrbat account. Opening multiple accounts, whether in the same name, different names, or using different payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update this information promptly if it changes. pkrbat reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pkrbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Identity Verification (KYC): pkrbat may at any time require you to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals or in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal access.
• Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting pkrbat customer support. pkrbat reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkrbat are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to daily or monthly caps as displayed in the cashier section.
• pkrbat accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). Availability of specific methods may change at pkrbat's discretion.
• Deposits are for betting and gaming purposes only. You may not deposit funds without the intention to use them for legitimate gambling activity on the platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements related to bonus funds.
• pkrbat reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud or security investigations. pkrbat will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• pkrbat does not accept funds from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkrbat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question, as well as the following general betting terms:

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from pkrbat. pkrbat reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced, or on markets that have already been settled, are void. pkrbat is not liable for bets placed in error by the user.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error, pkrbat reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the user's account.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your pkrbat account balance. In cases where a result is under dispute or subject to official review, settlement may be delayed pending final determination by the relevant sporting authority.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of insider information, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. pkrbat cooperates with regulatory and law enforcement authorities and will report suspected activity accordingly.

6 Casino & Games

pkrbat's casino offering, including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and table games, is provided by third-party software suppliers. By playing casino games on pkrbat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All games use either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical randomisation (in the case of live dealer tables). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the software supplier and are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server. pkrbat is not responsible for losses resulting from connection interruptions on your end.
• pkrbat reserves the right to void game rounds where a technical malfunction affects the integrity of the outcome.
• Free spin awards and casino bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms outlined in Section 7 of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

• pkrbat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour bets placed in reliance on the promotion up to the time of cancellation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or coordinated play strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

8 Responsible Gaming

pkrbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to assist users in managing their betting activity. pkrbat recognises that gambling can be addictive and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Users may configure session time reminders that notify them how long they have been playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be reactivated.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from pkrbat may do so by contacting customer support. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened under any circumstances during the exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrbat platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one pkrbat account.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, any form of money laundering through deposits and withdrawals on pkrbat.
• Colluding with other users, engaging in arbitrage strategies designed to exploit pkrbat's odds in a systematic manner, or using insider knowledge to place bets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operations of the pkrbat platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrbat platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design, text, graphics, logos, audio and video content, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrbat or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pkrbat content without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pkrbat platform.
• Losses resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game service.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made by sporting authorities that affect the outcome of events on which bets have been placed.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkrbat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy

pkrbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pkrbat platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkrbat implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. pkrbat will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it in circumstances described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkrbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkrbat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pkrbat is licensed and registered as an operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pkrbat customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority. You agree to attempt internal resolution before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
